Rooms All our rooms have separate entrances so you can come and go as you wish without having to go through the house. Each room features private ensuite bathrooms and a choice of comfortable king, queen or twin beds with top quality linens and duvets. Quality amenities are provided, such as individual shampoos, hand lotion, shower caps, bath robes, sandals, hair dryers, drinking and wine glasses and alarm clock radios. Room rate .
"The Quarterdeck"
	One of the nicest B&B rooms in the Valley. A spacious two room suite with a lounge downstairs opening to its own sunny deck and patio with deck chairs. A high vaulted ceiling slopes to the large upstairs loft area which has a queen size bed and private ensuite bathroom. A double hide-a-bed sofa in the lounge can provide extra accommodation. The room also has a TV and VCR and we have videos available.

"The Garden Room"
	Can be set up as a twin or king bedroom. Sliding doors open to its own deck with two deck chairs. The hot tub is only 20 steps away under the grape arbour.
"Rose Cottage"
	A quaint garden cottage set 100 feet from the house with its own private garden patio with chairs and coffee table. The cottage has a queen bed and a single bed for extra accommodation. There are no cooking facilities. The full ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower.
Rates All prices include our full country breakfast which includes, juice, a fruit dish, entree, home baking, homemade jams and tea or coffee. We serve farm fresh eggs from our own hens. Breakfast time is usually between 8:00 and 9:00 but can be timed to suit your individual needs. Garden Room - $90 double, $80 single Rose Cottage - $100 double, $90 single Quarterdeck - $110 double, $100 single Additional: $10 per child $20 per adult $10 per dog All rates in Canadian dollars. June, July and August all rooms may be subject to a two night minimum booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 Hours. WINTER OFF SEASON MID WEEK SPECIAL Stay between Sunday night and Thursday night and get three nights for the price of two. This applies from November 1st to April 30th excluding Christmas and school holidays. A one night's deposit or credit card number is required for reservations. Visa, Master Card, cash and travelers cheques are accepted. Check our availability online for the dates you are interested in.
